I started on construction sites in Egypt in 2016, on a 36-inch oil pipeline, then moved to Saudi Arabia, where most of my career has been in major infrastructure — high-voltage substations, renewable energy, and residential and industrial developments.
That work taught me one thing clearly: projects don't slip because people aren't working. They slip because the information a decision needs arrives late. That is what pulled me toward AI — not as a trend, but as a way to read project data and surface a signal early.
Today I work on both sides: mechanical delivery on alfanar projects, and building Alsaba Cloud, an AI construction-analytics platform. The book and the course are the same idea in another form — carrying engineering discipline into project management.
