    Half an hour to understand the project and the actual problem — no deck.

    Diagnosis

    I look at what exists: schedules, contracts, reports — and find where information is lost.

    Written scope

    A clear proposal: what gets done, how long, what you receive, what it costs. No open items.

  4. 04

    Deliver

    Staged work with a review at each stage, and a handover that keeps working after I leave.

The first call is free and takes half an hour. If we come out of it and what I do does not fit your situation, I will say so — that is cheaper for both of us.
