Troubleshooting Common Issues

Upload Problems

Issue: Upload fails with "File too large" error Solution: Compress your file or split it into smaller parts

Issue: "Invalid file format" error Solution: Convert your file to a supported format (CSV or Excel)

Issue: Slow upload speeds Solution: Check your internet connection or try during off-peak hours

Data Display Issues

Issue: Data appears incorrectly formatted Solution: Use the data cleaning tools to correct formatting

Issue: Missing data in preview Solution: Check for empty cells or hidden characters in your source file
